Job Title: Responsible Individual (Children's Services) Salary: 70,000 + 10% Performance Bonus Location: Staffordshire Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Responsible Individual (RI) to oversee and support our children's residential services. This is a key leadership role, ensuring services are fully compliant, high-performing, and delivering outstanding care to young people.
