As a Customer Advisor your role will involve receiving inbound calls from candidates who are looking to join the British Army and responding to any enquiries regarding their application processes. This is a full-time role working 37.50 hours per week. Hours of work follow a rota between 8.15am-7.00pm Monday to Friday and a rotated Saturday (approximately 1 in every 8). This is an office based role, working from our offices in Upavon, Wiltshire. We are looking for the successful candidate to start January 2025.
