Blueprint for All work with schools, universities, community groups and employers to inspire and enable young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, aged 13-30 to pursue the career of their choice. From career advice to support gaining skills, qualifications and the critical foundations required to ensure professional success, they aid young people on their journey to a fulfilling and successful career.

Pathways to Professions Programme

Not all young people have access to the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their future.

But Blueprint for All is changing this.

The Pathway to Professions programme works with schools to provide young people of diverse ethnic heritage with skills, opportunities and knowledge to build their career aspirations.

Building Futures Programme

Interested in a career in the built environment?

Already on the path to becoming an architect?

Blueprint for All has the programme for you.

Building Futures supports young people of diverse ethnic heritage to study architecture, gain work experience and qualify as architects. With some 50 architecture practices working with Blueprint for All, they provide students and career starters with the with the financial support, skills and experience they need to succeed.
