Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Youth Mentor to join their Personal Development team. This is a fully on-site role where you will play a key part in supporting young people facing social, emotional and behavioural barriers to learning. You will manage a caseload of students identified as at risk , working proactively to improve their attendance, engagement, wellbeing and overall academic outcomes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building positive relationships and making a tangible difference to young people s futures. Please note: A valid Enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the last 3 years or on the Update Service) is essential.
