This role will focus on: As Lead Technician your primary focus will be to support the efficient use and maximised output of manufacturing within the company. You will ensure that you and your team are procedurally compliant, whilst adhering to our high health and safety standards. You will oversee and manage the repair and servicing of all production mould tooling with our external toolmakers, as well as identifying areas for continuous improvement across manufacturing including but not limited to SMED, cycle time and scrap reduction projects.
