Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care workers to provide exceptional support and assistance to a wonderful female service user based in central Reading. The service users has complex care needs, and experience in Jejunostomy, Non-invasive ventilation is essential and requires the support of two complex care workers on 12 hour day shifts. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid positions offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more.
