Planning daily workload for a fleet: vehicles based on and off site. Dealing with queries and issues by telephone, fax and email from our customers, sub-contract hauliers and warehousing sites. Liaising with Traffic and Administration teams to ensure the highest standards of performance are maintained at all times. Maintaining, creating and updating spreadsheets and databases for customer reports. Reporting problems and dealing with issues and any queries that arise.
