Key Responsibilities: Manage a complex caseload of children and young people aged 0-25 across the full EHCP process, including assessment, planning, annual reviews, reassessments and cessations. Ensure compliance with SEND legislation, statutory guidance, performance targets and timescales. Lead and chair Annual Reviews, professional meetings and multi-agency forums.
