the position The Business Transformation Manager will lead the E2E design of initiatives and processes that enhance our digital capabilities, streamline recruitment operations and drive commercial growth. They will ensure that initiatives support our local and global strategy and can demonstrate they add value to our organisation. Managing a team who work closely to understand the business challenges, processes and opportunities, balancing technical execution with the human side of change.
