We are looking for site supervisors for one of our top client for Darlinton and Thirsk sites. The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of civil engineering and groundworks on a residential development. You will manage sub-contractors, ensure strict adherence to technical drawings, and maintain a rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) process for all plot-related works-from initial excavations to final hard landscaping. Key Responsibilities 1. Plot Works & Groundworks Management Oversee the delivery of substructure works , including excavations, footings, and floor slabs. Manage the installation of plot drainage (foul and surface water) and ensure correct falls and connections. Supervise the installation of utilities and ducting (water, gas, electric, fiber).
