This is a key appointment for someone with a strong mechanical and HVAC background who can take an opportunity from the initial enquiry and turn it into a technically sound, commercially competitive and clearly scoped proposal. You'll be comfortable working with projects from a blank sheet , understanding what the client is looking to achieve, developing the mechanical solution and establishing exactly what is required to deliver the works.
