The Customer Success Specialist will support a group of assigned clients across multiple industries. They will be responsible for developing the client relationship and understanding of the client business and product installations to identify the consumption and overall experience of these valued accounts. The Customer Success Specialist will focus on the transition from prospect to product user and will act as the first line of contact for the client.
