This role is ideal for someone committed to making a difference, supporting children who are currently disengaged from education to build confidence, resilience, and positive behaviours. You will work with pupils with SEND needs such as ASD and ADHD, providing tailored support both in and out of the classroom to improve behaviour and academic engagement.
