Individuals in MCA are responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive and robust Managers Control Self-Assessment (MCA), also known as Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and the execution of control activities thus improving identification and remediation of significant control issues and operational risk events in a timely manner.  As well as covering MCA activities broadly, specific focus will be on performing in-depth analysis of MCA data for both our central and FLU managers. The MCA AI & Innovation Sr. Lead Analyst will be part of the Cross Program Optimization and Innovation team which is responsible for Process Optimization efforts across the MCA and Process Management space.
