Estates Caretaker Salary: £27,782.00 - £30,226.00 Annually (Actual) We require a friendly, reliable, and flexible person who is conscientious and keen to make a difference and assist in keeping our premises and grounds to a high standard. You should have a good standard of maintenance experience and an understanding of health and safety parameters. Working within a school environment is desirable but not essential. You will be responsible for general site maintenance with a varied skill set to include at least three of the following areas: General site maintenance (cleaning, litter picking, refilling consumables, etc.) Able to use a variety of hand tools, drills, saws, etc. Painting/decorating. Basic plumbing skills. Computer literate, using excel and word templates, etc. Willing to drive a minibus. Manual handling (porterage) and working at heights (gutter cleaning).
