We are currently looking for a Highways Sub Agent to work on a major project in the Penrith area. The role is long term and is Inside IR35 Site Delivery & Operations: Lead day-to-day operations for allocated highways sections (earthworks, pavement, drainage, structures, or statutory undertaker diversions). Health, Safety, & Environment: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards across site operations, including leading Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) reviews and toolbox talks. Engineering & Quality Assurance: Manage setting out, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), permits to work, quality control documentation, and temporary works management.
