The Role You will be working closely with the Site Manager to run through final snagging lists, putting the finishing touches on properties ahead of customer handovers. See below duties: Working efficiently from site snagging lists to complete final defect rectifications. Patch plastering & painting touch ups. Adjusting doors, ironmongery, kitchen units, skirting, and architraves. Applying clean, professional seals in kitchens, bathrooms, and utility areas.
