All are wheelchair users with complex health needs, including dysphagia and epilepsy, and each has a unique personality, interests, and aspirations. Your role will be to lead and inspire a dedicated staff team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
