We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Clinical Negligence team. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring their team delivers high-quality legal services to clients and achieves its financial targets consistently. This will be done through the effective management of resources across the team, being a technical expert supporting, guiding and developing all team members to enhance their performance. Under the supervision of the Head of Department, you will drive excellence: conducting 1-2-1's, performance and case reviews, to ensure that all cases are managed to agreed processes, and that key performance indicators are being met and/or exceeded by all team members.
