Senior Trust Education Director for Inclusion About Us: South Lincolnshire Academies Trust has over 550 teaching and support staff working in the four schools (Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy) that make up our highly successful Trust. Purpose of the Role The Senior Trust Education Director for Inclusion will provide strategic leadership across the South Lincolnshire Academies Trust to ensure that all pupils (particularly those who are disadvantaged or facing additional barriers) receive high-quality, inclusive support that enables them to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
