Are you a skilled 1st fix joiner available for a month-long commercial project in Leeds? We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to join a major city-centre refurbishment. The primary focus of this contract is the construction of temporary access steps and ramps to facilitate site movement and public access. The Role: This is a fast-paced commercial environment where you will be responsible for: Temporary Works: Constructing sturdy, compliant temporary timber steps and ramps. 1st Fix Installation: Assisting with initial site hoarding and structural timber framing where required. Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all ramps meet required gradients and safety standards for site-wide use. Efficiency: Working from drawings to ensure all temporary structures are fit for purpose and built to last the duration of the project.
