Decorator (Permanent) AH Key Responsibilities: Perform interior and exterior painting and decorating on properties of various sizes. Hang and line wallpaper, including calculating the necessary amounts. Paint walls, doors, windowsills, and skirting boards. Carry out French polishing on woodwork where required. Support other trades professionals to ensure a flawless finish. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations during all tasks. Participate in a seasonal shift and on-call rota. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: NVQ or City & Guilds. Understanding of current building materials and their applications. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and COSHH. Ability to assemble scaffolding and climb ladders safely. Practical ability with a strong foundation in manual tasks. Hold a full clean UK driving license.
