Description About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Cleaner to work Mornings or afternoons, Monday and Sunday, 8-2 pm or 9-3 pm, 18 hours per week. To provide a comprehensive cleaning service for NCHA office sites. Main responsibilities Clean designated areas according to the agreed work schedule and ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout. Maintain supplies of consumables in toilets, kitchens and other appropriate areas. Complete and submit the cleaning activities sheet monthly. Maintain specialist equipment in good working order; report any defects to the Senior Caretaker and ensure equipment is always stored securely. Report any observed health and safety hazards to the registered manager. Ensure the safe storage of dangerous substances in compliance with COSHH regulations.
