Zen Educate is seeking a highly organised and dedicated SENCO for a full-time, long-term position at a secondary academy in the Knowle/South Bristol area. This is a critical leadership support role starting ASAP and running through until the end of the summer term. You will be at the heart of the school's inclusion team, ensuring that students with additional needs receive the tailored support they require to flourish. The Role: Leading Inclusion & Equity As the SENCO, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the school's SEN policy.
