Working alongside the Site Manager and active trade teams, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site standards, assisting trades, and ensuring daily housebuilding operations run safely and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Assisting various sub-contractors and site trades with moving and distributing materials across active plots. Sweeping out timber frame / brickwork plots, clearing construction waste, and loading skips. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site environment in line with health and safety procedures.
