Maintenance Operations Manager - Housing Association - Voids - Birmingham - c 62k Reporting to the Head of Service you will assist in delivering the Maintenance Operations Business Plan and have responsibility for the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance works across a Housing Association property portfolio. As Operations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day activity of Trade Supervisors, Trade Engineers, Surveyors and sub-contractors, ensuring that all business objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.
