The Role The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: To facilitate the provision of flexible support and the development of learning opportunities for students with a wide range of learning needs including ASD, ADHD, OCD, visual and hearing impairments, dyslexia, physical needs and dyscalculia. To maintain clear and accurate systems of records in order to review learning needs, set targets in respect of Additional Learning Support and support student progress towards achieving their minimum target grades. To liaise with curriculum staff about how best to support teaching and learning to ensure that an individual students need and development are met.
