Joining a team of 3, at their Lincolnshire site (hybrid/flexible), the HR Manager will provide short term support in the review and development of the companies policies and handbook to ensure fully compliant and aligned with business needs, supporting the business in strengthening HR governance and best practice. Required for initially 3 month fixed term contract, potentially longer.
