A Ganger/LTMO plays an important part in managing a Traffic Management Team Installing and removing Emergency and planned traffic Management in accordance with Chapter 8. To supervise and support the operatives directly under their control contributing to overall service delivery to a defined programme of work activity. Liaise with the Supervisor and Pre Works-Technician as appropriate to meet the KPI's and 'right first time' philosophy. The standard hours of work are 42 hours per week.
