We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR and Compliance Administrator to support both the HR and Compliance functions of the business. This varied role will involve coordinating the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to leavers, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external funding and audit requirements. This position would suit an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training can be provided for the right individual.
