Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural needs, using de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour management strategies. Assist the class teacher in maintaining a structured, calm, and productive learning environment. Implement behaviour intervention plans, support emotional regulation, and encourage positive routines. Build trusting, professional relationships with pupils to help increase engagement and reduce barriers to learning.
