TLTP are looking for 2 qualified teachers to join a secondary SEN school ASAP. The school is based in Walthamstow. This special school caters for children and young people with a vast range of complex needs. Teachers will need to have a diverse skill set to meet the educational and wellbeing needs. Class groups are made up of 6 - 8 pupils and supported by at least 3 LSAs, sometimes more depending on the needs within the group. TLTP are particularly looking for teachers who can support the educational development of pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties who are working from EYFS- Secondary PMLD You will need to have an awareness of sensory processing and understanding of different communication strategies.
