Our Client, Reading council are looking for a Childcare Advocate paying 65 an hour We are seeking an experienced Childcare Advocate to work in our dynamic and supportive Advocacy Team within the Joint Legal Team, a centre of excellence recently commended by Lawyers in Local Government. Our team handles a wide range of Family Court hearings, primarily care proceedings and related matters, delivering high-quality advocacy and ensuring continuity of representation for our clients throughout their cases. In this role, you will undertake a variety of hearings, including contested matters, final hearings, and emergency or short-notice hearings. While some hearings will be conducted remotely, you will also be required to attend hearings in Reading, Slough, and occasionally London or other court centres.
