The Role As a Labourer Banksman, you will play a key part in keeping site operations safe and organised. Direct vehicle and plant movements on site, ensuring safe manoeuvring at all times Act as the key point of communication between drivers, machine operators and groundworkers Support with general labouring duties when banking is not required Follow site health and safety procedures and report directly to the Site Manager or Supervisor Work closely with crane operators, HGV drivers and plant operators in a busy onsite environment This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident working outdoors and around moving machinery.
