We are seeking a calm, resilient, and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at a welcoming and supportive school in Bridgwater. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in building strong relationships, setting clear boundaries, and supporting pupils to develop emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and engagement with learning. You will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, understood, and supported to succeed both academically and socially. - Working hours are 8:30am - 3:30pm.
