The project is currently transitioning from external envelope completion to major internal fit-out. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily on-site operations for both internal trades and external facade works. Ensure all subcontractors adhere to the project programme and H&S standards. Conduct site inductions, tool-box talks, and manage daily site diaries. Monitor quality control for internal finishes and external structural integrity.
