Buyer (Seasonal LX) Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the office purchasing system, ensuring orders are placed and discounts are negotiated where possible. Establish and maintain relationships with store staff and managers to improve sourcing efficiency. Source items directly from stores to expedite order fulfilment, particularly for urgent client requests. Ensure timely and accurate receipt of orders in good condition. Keep up to date with market trends, discontinued and unavailable items. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Optimise bulk purchases for cost-effectiveness. Track and resolve outstanding orders, including searching for items in less accessible shops. Maintain a log of stores that stock frequently purchased items.
