The Role and Responsibilities You will be critical to maintaining site safety and efficient logistics during this busy period, ensuring all site traffic operates safely. Duties include: Directing and managing the movement of construction vehicles, deliveries, and plant in and out of the site entrance and across the development. Controlling access for site vehicles and personnel. Communicating clearly with drivers using established hand signals and, where necessary, radio. Ensuring clear segregation between vehicles and pedestrians at all times. Promptly reporting any traffic hazards, incidents, or breaches of safety protocol to the Site Manager.
