We're looking for passionate and caring Support Workers to join our specialist home in Worsley, Manchester. From trips out to Knowsley Safari Park and the beach to walks and journeys on public transport in the local area, the people we support at Worsley Road take part in a variety of activities that will help them on their journey to their own individual outcomes. As a Support Worker, you will be a key part of their day-to-day support team, actively valuing and amplifying what matters to them, empowering their communication and independence, planning fulfilling activities.
