About the Role Are you a confident, resilient, and engaging professional looking to make a massive impact on the lives of young people in Blackpool? We are actively recruiting for a Secondary Behaviour Mentor to join the inclusion and pastoral team at an progressive secondary school in Blackpool for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year. In this role, you won't be doing standard classroom assistant work. Instead, you will be on the front lines of student engagement-working 1:1 and with small groups of secondary pupils (Key Stage 3 and 4) who are at risk of exclusion, struggling with emotional regulation, or facing barriers related to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
