Electrician (Reactive & Voids) Job Purpose Carry out reactive and void electrical repairs to current 18th Edition standards. Complete repairs and installations in line with Association procedures and regulations. Support planned electrical works when required. Contribute to the electrical testing and inspection programme. Manage your own daily workload and deliver a high quality service to tenants. Key Responsibilities Deliver electrical repairs across responsive and void properties.
