Commercial Catering Engineer (Permanent) PB Key Responsibilities: Provide maintenance support, including installation, planned preventive, and reactive maintenance for commercial kitchen equipment. Install, maintain, and repair various types of ranges, ovens, stock pots, fryers, hot cupboards, hot plates, Chinese woks & experience with rational ovens if possible. Diagnose and repair faults. Source and order necessary materials and parts. Complete and issue certification as required either manually or electronically. Participate in shift patterns within the Maintenance Team during client occupations. Oversee contractors on-site, ensuring tasks are performed correctly. Deliver technical support and services related to the equipment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly in health and safety.
