The Business Change Manager will be part of the Global Change Management function and will lead efforts to understand and implement changes across the Wealth business to adapt to new local and cross border regulations as well as the execution of initiatives in support of the business strategy. This will require detailed analysis, working in conjunction with Front Office, Product, Control Functions and Operations & Technology teams to assess the impact of the change, define the solution and subsequently implement the appropriate solution to achieve the agreed goals.
