Building Surveyor - Damp, Mould & Housing Disrepair experience required
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a Repairs & Maintenance team, specialising in damp, mould, and disrepair across a housing portfolio. Using your technical expertise, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the long ‑ term condition of homes, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and well ‑ maintained for residents.

SALARY: £47,000 to £57,000 per annum + Generous Benefits
