I'm currently working with a well-established main contractor, based in Glasgow, to source an experienced Estimator. This contractor delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, education, community and healthcare sectors. Project values can range from £500k to £10m, but typically sit between £2m to £4m. Relationship-driven contractor with a strong pipeline of both competitively tendered and negotiated projects. They are selective about what they tender, focusing on quality over quantity. You would typically be responsible for 3 4 tenders per month, allowing time to properly interrogate costs and engage meaningfully with the supply chain.
