You will be focusing on planning during the construction phase of the project. Due to the nature of the project it would be a great advantage to have some experience in heavy civils, groundworks and utilities. Typical responsibilities of the role are as follows: Assist the construction team by re-aligning work load and programmes Preparing target programmes to issue to sub-contractors Monitoring and preparing progress report with the Project Manager Providing information to the main contractor to assist in obtaining extension of time approval for a number of sectional completion dates.
