We have a fantastic opportunity for a Social Worker to join our team providing support to children and families in the Child Care Assessment Team within the Social Services and Housing directorate. The Child Care Assessment Team is a statutory team that undertakes child protection, Young People Looked After, Court and family support work with families under the remit of the Social Services and Well Being Act (Wales) Act 2014 and related codes of practice. We are looking for a qualified Social Worker to join the Child Care assessment Team who will be responsible in ensuring that the needs and services for children and families within Pembrokeshire.
