We are seeking an experienced and people-focused NHS Employee Relations Manager on behalf of our client to lead the delivery of a high-quality ER service within a large and complex organisation. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, supporting managers on people issues, and driving a positive, fair and restorative approach to workplace relations.
