This small, but dedicated team, work with the resources that schools request so that students can perform fully during their exams. In this role you will be responding to queries and investigations, largely by email direct from customers or internal suppliers. You will then be responsible for processing stationary/exam material requests and following up on queries raised with delivery providers.
