We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Foundation Learning Support Assistants to join our client's team in Newbury, Berkshire. In this role, you will support learners with a wide range of severe to moderate learning difficulties, including profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, challenging behaviour, and other additional needs. You will work closely with Tutors, Room Leaders and Team Leaders to provide both 1:1 and group support, helping learners to access education, develop independence and achieve their targets.
